Rates
All Domestic and International shipping and handling charges are determined
by the size and weight of the package. Some International shipments may be
restricted by size and weight. We make every effort to limit the size of your
package to the smallest package possible.
All International orders are subject to verification.
Express Delivery is available to all allowed destinations. Please send an email
to mydesigner@tulsacoxmail.com for additional charges on Express Delivery.
Standard Delivery Time
Domestic delivery time is usually 7 to 10 business days.
International delivery time is usually 14 to 21 business days.
You will be notified within 24 hours is a shipment is backordered or otherwise
delayed.
International Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied
once your package reaches your country.
My Designer Fabric ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does
not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular
charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered
in order for your package to clear customs. My Designer Fabric is not
responsible for any VAT, duties and/or taxes and will not refund any orders for
failure to pay or pick up packages with these added fees.

International Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately due to certain product content and embargo restrictions, we do not
ship to all countries. The following is a list of restricted destinations:
Afghanistan, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Islands, Cocos Island,
Comoros, Cuba, Falkland Islands, French Sthrn Territories, Heard & McDonald
Islands, Iran, Libya, Mayotte, Myanmar(Burma), Nauru, Niue, North Korea,
Palestinian Territory, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Sao Tome and Principe,
Somalia, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Svalbard Jan Mayen Island, Tokelau, Western
Sahara, Taiwan, and United Arab Emirates.
